Service Rates:
- Standard printer repair for monochrome and colour lasers and inks – $120.00 per service call (your location). Includes up to 1 hour onsite with no call-out charge. Minimum charge/evaluation – $60.00 (should you decide not to repair your printer).
- Standard printer cleaning for monochrome and colour lasers and inks – improve the quality of print and extend the life of your printer for only $69.95 per printer.
- Large format and floor models – $135.00 per service call (your location). Includes up to 1 hour onsite and no call-out charge. Minimum charge/evaluation – $67.50 (should you decide not to repair your printer).
- Designjet plotter – minimum charge – $135.00 per service call or evaluation (your location). Includes up to 1 hour onsite with no call-out charge.
- Most printer repairs can be completed within 1 hour. Plotters may require 2 hours.
- New printer set-up, installation – 1 PC (USB) – no network – $120.00.
- Repair rates include cleaning & up to 1 hour – parts extra.
Scheduled semi-annual and annual service agreements available. 
To ensure your printers remain in optimum working condition we offer semi-annual or annual printer cleaning and service agreements.
