Delron Laser Products Inc. COVID-19 Update - August 11, 2020
The COVID-19 pandemic situation is continuing to evolve and we would like to update you regarding Delron Laser Products Inc. policies and our ongoing commitment to you. As our economy and the community opens up, we want you to be certain that we will make every effort to ensure your safety. We are here to support you and your business with printers, printer supplies and printer service. We are operating with caution and care for the protection of our staff and our customers.
Delron continues to take the following steps to limit the possible transmission of COVID-19:
Our facility is being cleaned and disinfected.
All staff have been asked to be diligent in cleaning their work space and to increase hand washing and personal hygiene techniques.
We are practicing “social spacing” and are reminding staff to keep a 2 metre space between individuals when they converse with clients and each other.
Our sales team will be available to communicate with clients via telephone and email.
Employees that can work at home will do so.
We will provide delivery of printers and printer supplies to clients that are working from home or at their place of business.
Curb-side pick-up is available at our location. Clients can call in or email their orders. Our door will be open but we ask that you not enter our facility if you are sick or have come into contact with someone whose has tested positive for Covid-19..
Technicians are equipped with disinfectant cleaner and gloves to be used regularly and will wipe down the client’s device prior to, and after, service is completed. Masks will be worn where required.
Employees who have been in proximity to anyone suspected or confirmed of having the virus, are to self-isolate for 14 days.
If you have an upcoming printer service scheduled with us and are experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who may have the virus, for the safety of our employees, we strongly encourage you to reschedule your service appointment to a later date and we ask that you avoid visiting our location.
The health, safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is top priority for Delron Laser Products and we are following the lead of the Alberta Government at this important time. These measures are being taken to keep our communities safe, and we apologize for any inconvenience these policies may cause you.
As further developments take place, we will continue to review and monitor our practices to ensure the safety of our customers, our staff and our communities. Should you have any questions regarding these policies, please feel free to contact us.
